Ultra Clean Casing Brush

The Casing Brush has the same helical

design pattern as the casing scraper, but

it has brush inserts in each blade, which

provides double the casing ID coverage.

The stainless wire bundles are designed

to prevent bristle loss, and the brushes

are not clustered together which

prevents clogging.

Ultra Clean WDR Tool

The WDR (Wellbore Debris Removal) Tool

is a mechanical substitute to collect

nonferrous solids from the wellbore.

This is a single-piece mandrel that utilizes

diverter plates and fluid dynamics to

capture debris in the tool during

displacement or circulation of fluids.

Ultra Clean Jetting Tools

The 6" and 14" Jetting Tools are dual

activation tools and they run in the well

in the closed position (Ports closed).

The ports are opened to jet and clean

the riser and BOP's. Upon completion

of the required jetting action, the ports

are closed to allow circulation of the string.

Ultra Clean Casing Scraper

The Casing Scraper provides double

the casing ID coverage. The casing-friendly scraper blades are set in a helical pattern and are spring loaded.

They move individually from each other

and apply constant force to provide

maximum radial contact to the casing ID

during the cleanout.

Ultra Clean Casing Magnet

The Casing Magnet is designed to remove large volumes of ferrous metal debris during cleanup operations.

This tool features a large surface area (70% of the magnet utilized for capturing debris), extra strong magnets, and quick debris removal. These elements make this tool ideal for applications where maximum recovery is required.

Ultra Clean FSC Packer

The FSC Packer* is used to perform an

inflow or negative test on the liner top

or shoe track. The Wellbore Specialties

FSC Packer can be run during

displacement operations in conjunction

with other cleanout tools in assembly to

allow a one-trip displacement system. It is

also designed with the capabilities to

rotate/drill to address potential debris

during the cleanout run. Incorporated on

the bottom mill shoe are casing scraper

blades providing full 360 degree casing

coverage. This allows us to clean the

packer setting area without additional

tool rentals.

Ultra Clean Riser Bucket / Magnet

The Riser Bucket/Magnet tool is a large capacity bucket with a patented baffle

plate design. The baffle plate diverts

debris into the bucket and can also be

utilized as a magnet base to ensure the

removal of ferrous metal debris.

Riser Brush.png

Ultra Clean Riser Brush

The Riser Brush is designed to clean riser

systems by utilizing a helical brush pattern with fluid flow paths through the brushes and vents below the brushes. Centralizer ribs protect the brushes and form a platform for securing the brush carriers. The Riser Brush Tool can be fitted with stainless steel wire bundles for conventional risers or synthetic material for aluminum risers.

Non-Rotation Brush Tool.png

Ultra Clean Non-Rotational Brush

The Non-Rotational Brush Tool is deigned to remove cement sheath, shot burrs and residual solids from the casing ID. The Non-Rotational Brush Tool allows the Brush to rotate freely about the mandrel for use in both rotating and non-rotating drill string applications. The Non-Rotational Brush Tool can be run Box Up or Pin Up and is placed above the bit and directly above liner tops.

Ultra Clean Non-Rotational Scraper

The Non-Rotational Scraper Tool is designed to remove cement sheath, shot burrs and residual solids from the casing ID. This also allows the Scraper to rotate freely about the mandrel for use in both rotating and non-rotating drill string applications. The Non-Rotational Scraper Tool can be run Box Up or Pin Up and is placed above the bit and directly above liner tops.
