The Wellbore Specialties Casing Brush Tool is a mechanical aid for all wellbore cleaning operations that can be run as a stand alone device in most drilling or completion operations and is fully compatible with the entire line of Wellbore Specialties Clean-Out Tools.

The 45 degree left hand brush blade design is contoured to the exact fit of the casing providing 100% coverage of the inner wall of casing and liner making it very effective in removing mud cake and oily residue. Individual brush components can be also manufactured as per customer requests for international needs.

The WBS Brush Tool is fully rotational and centralized by two non-rotating stabilizers thus protecting against casing wear and enabling long hours of rotating and reciprocation typically associated with fluid exchange operations.

The Wellbore Specialties Casing Brush design is available from 4.50" to 16.00" casing.
